IFAD has been developing a new format for AWPBs which is more result-oriented. In the Vietnam IFAD's Country Portfolio Review Meeting, 18-20 June 2007, this new format will be discussed and ellaborated for application of all IFAD funded on-going projects in Vietnam. p.s after downloading the file, follow the steps:
1) change the file extension from *.doc to *.zip,
2) unzip/extract files to the normal file format
