All PPMU staffs in DPPR Ha Giang is equipped with a Skype ID and they are connected whenever their computers are ON. This is found as a good tool for communication among project staffs as it: reduces cost for telephone calls, saves time (as you can do two or more things at the same time while you have your conversations/chats at your desk/computer, and it's very direct (you can ask a question and get a quick answer at any time during working hours).

The disadvantage of this tool is that we need high-speed internet connect in all office so that the computer is always connected. Besides, the telephone conference line is not always so clear. Therefore, sending 'chat' messages still is the best use of Skype for quick and immediate information exchange.
